The return process slightly differs based on your location.
US Domestic Returns
For all items eligible for return, we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label within the US. Please do not use your own shipping label.
International Returns
If you are returning an item from outside the United States, you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. We do not provide prepaid labels for international orders.

IMPORTANT: Starting March 2, 2026, all sales are final. If an order was placed before this time, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on most items purchased from the WB UK Shop. All items that do not qualify for our 30-day money-back guarantee will have special messaging on their individual product pages.
